Cloud Backup Platform

Cloud Backup Platform

RavenTech Consulting has a premium cloud service called eazyBackup, which is a secure data backup & recovery solution that protects your most valuable asset, your business data.  Working with the RavenTech eazyBackup System, we will make sure you always have access to your important content, no matter what happens.

Your confidential business data is safe and secure because it is automatically encrypted in transport and at rest in our Canadian Data Centre, located at the University of Saskatchewan. You the client will have the only data encryption key to unlock your sensitive data. We have no access to your data and neither does any government agency.

The eazyBackup client software supports backups of Windows, Mac and Linux machines. Windows 10/7/XP and Windows Server 2012/2008/2003 are supported. Linux versions such as RedHat, SuSE and Debian are supported, as well as Mac OS X 10.4.10 and higher (Tiger) and Mac OS X 10.5.0 and higher (Leopard).

The eazyBackup WebAccess is a portal for end-users that enable them to access to their stored data. Once backed up, a file can be approached from anywhere in the world – on every computer with an internet connection – via a web browser.

Backup Open Files

eazyBackup is capable of backing up open files. Leveraging Microsoft’s Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) technology, you do not have to shut down any applications during the backup process. This means that – for example – your Word documents and Outlook emails are backed up, even when they are in use.

BackupAgent supports multiple languages, including the most common world languages. New languages can be supported on request. Currently we support 17 languages
